President – Nathan Bear
Nathan attended the Georgia Institute of Technology and graduated with a BS in Building Construction from the College of Architecture. Throughout college, Nathan had several internships where he learned the ins and outs of the construction industry. Upon graduation Nathan joined Skanska USA Building, Inc., a company he had been interning with for years prior to graduation. He was involved in the rollout division and developed the knowledge base and skill sets to both manage, and execute rollout type projects. With a focus in permitting and project management, Nathan developed the systems and best practices that are now incorporated into everyday use at Nationwide Permitting Services.

Vice President – Matthew Long
Matthew completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia with a BBA in Management and a BSES in Environmental Economics & Management. Upon graduation, Matthew went into commercial sales for a leading construction data firm. Matthew is also working on his Masters degree in Building Construction with a focus on Project Delivery Systems at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Matthew brings a business development background as well as the client first outlook that is shown in Nationwide Permitting's daily operations.
